The company started as C & F Agents for M/s Hyderabad Industries Ltd, Hyderabad for their Asbestos sheets and allied products, The Company then decided to diversify into cotton.
Mr. S K Bhandari & Mr. V M Bhandari started promoting it as Bhandari Traders (P) Ltd in the year 1979. By 1995, the company changed its name to BHANDARI UDHYOG LIMITED that today known as RKB AGRO industries Limited.

The Company is engaged in manufacturing and processing of Quality Cotton and Oil seeds, based in Raichur, Karnataka, which is known for cultivation of the best Quality of Cotton in India.
